Do Not Walk In The Sun: Stress Reliever
Of course, one of the ways to avoid stress is to learn not to walk in the sun directly.
When we go out there and the Sun is scorching, we should try to hide; we should avoid the heat of the sun as much as possible. Find any tree or any other form of ‘canopy’ to hide under. We may equally decide to use an umbrella.
Too much sun burns may deduce a lot of stress. The heat of the sun may lead to sweating, rashes, may induce heavy breathing, and will as well make us itch.
So, if we should use any of these ‘canopies’ to hide ourselves from the direct heat or sunburns, we’ll be safer.
